After over 2 years, I finally went around to buying front speakers for the RX-7! Those installed were long dead and I never found the motivation to change them. Up until now I only had rear speakers and let’s face it, over the sound of the car I couldn’t really hear anything on the freeway...
Now this is over! Yesterday I ordered the cheapest set of 10cm speakers off of Amazon (20$ delivered with Prime), got them this morning and promptly mounted them in spite of cooking as soon as I put a foot outside home. But it’s done! Cheap-ass speakers: installed! I can finally enjoy music in the car! Yeah!

They are not common but not unseen... Also if you have the money and move out of the US, I can ask my neighbour if he is willing to sell :)
They go for over 20k$ though :D

Yeah they were stock on it... I’m sure they can be changed in a few minutes with regular ones though..

Those are generally glued on. Its a pain in the ass to get them off cleanly. The mazdaspeed headlights come with them stock and look quite dumb.

Them things are expensive on NBs lol. Those are removable covers though its not THAT big of a deal. I just got annoyed how long it took to get the residue off my headlights that I bought second hand from a mazdaspeed.

Well yes, but it is a 20k$+ Miata :)
If you buy one, you should be able to spend a couple hundreds on new head and tailights :)

Haha this is true. Damn, if I had $20k to spend on a Miata though I would much rather put in an LS and then make Corvette noises.

Before installing the fujitsubo Exhaust, I went a few months with nothing hooked up after the cat. Sounded amazing.... Cracks, pops, and deep snarls. But there was no back pressure and I was noticeably down on power. I think it’s time for an engine swap

Is it ever not time for an engine swap? Haha thats awesome, I would have gladly taken less power for more fun noises. But yeah its also nice having a good exhaust instead that still sounds good but is livable. Glad I got a good deal on my Roadstersport stuff and header. NO idea if it will be registerable when I move to California, but that is laters problem.
